Allergen and food-safety notice
Breakout Pizzeria items are prepared in a shared kitchen that may handle peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, and other allergens. Cross-contact can occur through ingredients, surfaces, utensils, fryers, and preparation equipment. No item can be guaranteed allergen-free.
If you or anyone eating the order has an allergy, intolerance, or dietary restriction, contact the restaurant directly before ordering. Do not rely on an online note alone for a severe allergy.
Order requests, prices, and availability
Online selections are an order request until Breakout Pizzeria confirms availability and receives the required payment through its approved payment provider. Menu items, prices, toppings, hours, pickup times, and availability may change. The customer is responsible for reviewing every item, customization, quantity, pickup time, and contact detail before payment.
Customizations and substitutions
Reasonable preparation variation can occur with handmade food. Topping requests, crust choices, sauces, and special instructions are subject to ingredient availability and kitchen capacity. The restaurant should contact the customer before making a material substitution whenever the customer’s selected contact method is available.
Pickup, care, and timing
All online orders are for pickup at the restaurant. Customers must provide accurate pickup information and arrive at the selected or confirmed time. After pickup, the customer is responsible for safe transportation, storage, reheating, and serving. Food quality and safety can be affected when hot food is not handled promptly.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Food preparation begins quickly and uses perishable ingredients. The owner must set the final rules for order changes, cancellations, refunds, remakes, and pickup issues before this website is used for real orders. Once published, those rules apply to each order.
Order updates and privacy
When a customer opts into text or email updates, the selected contact information is used for order-status messages. A live site should use secure payment processing and a published privacy policy describing the restaurant’s actual data practices.
